What happens to the doors if the internet goes down?
Proper commercial access control fails safely — doors stay locked per schedule using the on-site controller, which keeps working for days without cloud connectivity. Cloud management returns when the internet does.
Can employees use their phones instead of a card?
Yes. Modern systems support mobile credentials via Bluetooth or NFC — staff present their phone like a card, and IT issues or revokes the credential from the dashboard instantly.
Can access control integrate with our alarm and cameras?
Yes. We integrate with most alarm panels and IP camera systems so a badge-in triggers a camera recording, or an after-hours forced entry triggers the alarm and emails security automatically.
