How long does camera footage get stored?
Typical commercial retention is 30 days at 1080p or 14 days at 4K, depending on your NVR storage size. We calculate storage requirements as part of the design and can size the NVR for any retention target you need.
Can I view cameras from my phone?
Yes. Modern IP systems stream to iOS and Android apps with encrypted remote access. No port-forwarding or router tweaks — just log in with your credentials.
Do you install cameras outdoors in Idaho winters?
Yes — we use IP-rated and temperature-rated enclosures for Boise and Treasure Valley climates, down to well below freezing. Heated housings are available for extreme installations.
